The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
In this role, you'll work at the heart of our department—collaborating closely with tutors, Internal Quality Assurers, the Department Head, and our Quality and MIS teams—to ensure we not only meet but exceed the standards set by awarding bodies and funding agencies, while helping to deliver an outstanding learning experience for every learner.
Responsibilities
- Lead compliance across a range of programmes and awarding bodies.
- Ensure accurate enrolment, registration, and certification of learners.
- Maintain meticulous records and data systems.
- Support quality assurance processes and continuous improvement.
- Play a key role in preparing for and leading EQA visits.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence in teaching and learning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a compliance-focused role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to data and processes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Ofsted requirements.
- Experience with EQA processes or inspections.
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality education and supporting learner success.
