Summer Enrolment Assistant (Fixed Term Contract, 10th August - 4th September 2026) – Basildon Town Centre Campus. We are looking to appoint a number of temporary enrolment assistants to help during the extremely busy student enrolment period.
Responsibilities
- Meet and Greet duties during the enrolment period.
- Data entry tasks related to student enrolment.
- Work closely with the college information services team.
- Assist in student onboarding during the summer enrolment period.
Qualifications
- Good IT literacy.
- Customer service skills.
- Data input experience preferred.
- Flexible availability for training on 12th and 13th August 2026 and throughout the enrolment period.
- Ability to work multiple shifts and handle emergency leave restrictions during the enrolment period.
Training will take place on 12th and 13th August 2026 at Grays Campus. Applicants must be available on these dates.
