Position: Summer Enrolment Assistant (Fixed Term Contract, 10th August to 4th September 2026) – Thurrock Campus
Overview: We are looking to appoint a number of temporary enrolment assistants to help with the extremely busy student enrolment period. The post holders will be working closely with the college information services team and will gain valuable work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Meet and Greet duties during the enrolment period.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Attend training on 12th and 13th August 2026 at Grays Campus – applicants must be available for these dates and must include their availability in their supporting statement.
- Provide additional hours that may become available closer to the enrolment start date.
- Show flexibility regarding work‑based locations.
Requirements:
- Good IT literacy and customer service skills or data input experience.
- Availability during the training dates and the enrolment period (10th August to 4th September 2026).
- Flexibility to work at different site locations.
