South Essex College Southend City Campus invites applications for a dynamic Curriculum Leader to drive the operational leadership, development, and performance of our Sport & Science curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a dedicated team to deliver high‑quality, engaging, and forward‑thinking teaching, learning and assessment.
- Champion excellence by modelling outstanding practice within your own teaching specialism.
- Oversee effective curriculum planning to ensure all learners progress, achieve and exceed expectations.
- Enhance the student experience through positive leadership, ensuring learners feel supported, motivated, equipped for the future.
- Bring current industry insight and a clear understanding of national priorities within Further Education to support skills development and learner success.
