Administrator, Data, Southend Campus - Full Time
An exciting opportunity within the high performing College Information Services department.
As a Data Administrator you will be responsible for processing student data in your designated areas and serve as the key contact for staff.
Responsibilities
- Process student data accurately and timely within your area of responsibility.
- Act as the primary contact for staff regarding student data.
- Ensure all student data is maintained in compliance with DFE and awarding body rules and regulations.
- Play an integral role in the college’s enrolment events.
- Support the Exams team during busy periods.
- Key Qualifications
- Grades 4+ (A*–C) in GCSE English and Maths.
- Experience using Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Team player with flexibility, adaptability, keen eye for detail and a positive, proactive outlook.
