The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

We are looking to appoint a number of temporary enrolment assistants at our STEPHENSON ROAD Campus, to help with the extremely busy student enrolment period. If you have good IT literacy and customer service skills or data input experience, we would like to hear from you.

The post holders will be working closely with the college information services team and will gain valuable work experience. There are two main areas of enrolment, one focused on 'Meet and Greet' duties and the other on data entry.

The summer enrolment period is from: 10th August to 4th September, 2026. Training for these positions will take place on 10th and 11th August 2026 at Southend Campus. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE TRAINING DATES. You must include your availability in your supporting statement as only emergency leave will be authorised during the enrolment period.

Additional hours will be made available closer to the enrolment date. Flexibility on work based locations would be advantageous.
