Responsibilities
- Support positive behaviour and attendance of learner cohorts.
- Place learners’ needs first and provide opportunities to reach full potential in a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment.
- Deliver high‑quality teaching and learning, developing appropriate teaching techniques and materials to enable all learners to achieve their full potential.
- Work with team members and supportive contacts to facilitate learner progression.
Qualifications
- Class 2 and 3 in crew/aviation (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in the travel and tourism sector.
- Qualified teacher with prior experience in Further Education.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with learning tracking systems.
