Responsibilities

  • Deliver practical and theory Beauty sessions for levels 1-3 or above that are high quality and engaging.
  • Carry out valid assessments of both practical and theoretical aspects.
  • Provide constructive developmental feedback to learners to support achievement.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
  • Promote high levels of health and safety in salons ensuring that students are industry ready.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and teaching practices.
  • Participate in internal verification processes.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about industry and training the next generation of technicians.
  • Beauty qualifications at Level 3 or preferably higher.
  • Assessor qualification is an advantage.
  • Full teaching qualification is desirable.
