Join South Essex College as a Client Experience Facilitator and Content Creator at our Southend Campus. In this dynamic role at the heart of our Hairdressing and Beauty provision, you will focus on increasing client engagement, driving footfall into our commercial salons, and showcasing the exceptional work of our learners through creative and engaging content.
You will be passionate about customer experience, marketing and social media, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, students, staff, and the wider community. You will play a key role in promoting salon services, supporting events, creating digital content, managing social media activity, and developing initiatives that increase client bookings and repeat visits.
Working closely with curriculum teams, you will help raise the profile of our Hair and Beauty salons, ensuring clients receive an outstanding experience from initial enquiry through to appointment and follow-up engagement.
You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client journey, supporting promotional campaigns, creating compelling content across digital platforms, and implementing innovative marketing activities that contribute to salon growth and learner success.
As a key member of the team, you will demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and creative skills, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities that enhance the customer experience and increase commercial activity within the salons.
