South Essex College Group is seeking an ambitious Welding Assessor to join our Engineering department and lead the development of a high-profile apprenticeship curriculum area in Basildon. You will drive quality and rigour in welding training across apprenticeships and collaborate with employers to shape the programme. You will deliver underpinning knowledge, undertake workplace and campus assessments, support learners through End Point Assessment, and build strong employer relationships.
