Working in the Exams department while completing a Business Administrator apprenticeship.

To play a key role in the provision of robust Management Information Services for the College by supporting the Examinations Team ensuring all learners are enrolled for and entered for relevant Exams and Controlled Assessments within the set deadlines.

The Apprentice should contribute to ensuring that every student receives the appropriate support for their Exams and Controlled Assessments and that all awarding body regulations are adhered to.

Working in the Compliance department you will have good communication and IT skills, a flexible and organised approach to work, excellent attention to detail, good interpersonal skills and be committed to the team’s success.

As an apprentice you will be expected to complete your level 3 business administration qualification be over 16 years of age and have Grade 4 Maths and English Qualifications.

This role will be fixed term for 21 Months. 37 hours per week 52 weeks per year, Salary in line with government apprenticeship rates. 30 Days holiday and Free Parking (Subject to permit)The College reserves the right to fill this vacancy ahead of the closing date if a suitable candidate is found.
