Southend-on-Sea City Council is seeking a skilled Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) Officer to join the Traffic Management and Parking team. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working.
You will draft, process, amend and make TROs in accordance with legislation and council governance, manage the TRO process, and provide technical advice to colleagues, Councillors, contractors and the public.
