Southend-on-Sea City Council is seeking a Lead for the Music on Sea service to design, develop, manage and deliver music education across the borough, working with partners, funders and schools.
The post includes line management of one Music Support Officer and up to 50 peripatetic music teachers, based at the Civic Centre with flexible travel and occasional home-working. Salary is pro rata for term-time working; contract permanent hybrid 3.5 days per week; start asap.
