Southend on Sea City Council is seeking a part-time Personal Advisor (30hrs) to support young people leaving care as they move into adulthood. The role is agency contracted with hybrid options, requiring on-site presence at the Civic Centre a minimum of three days per week.
You will create tailored pathway needs assessments and plans, advocate for care leavers to access housing, education, employment and health services, and work with partner agencies to deliver high-quality support.
