Southend on Sea City Council is seeking an experienced HLTA to support students with complex SEND across various school settings in Southend. The role is full-time and permanent, offering the chance to work in Primary, Secondary, mainstream, specialist, and special school settings and to make a real difference in pupils' learning.
You will collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and leaders to deliver tailored interventions, apply strategies for Autism, Speech and Language needs, Literacy, and SEMH.
