Southend on Sea City Council is seeking an experienced Contracts Lawyer to manage a varied caseload of contract and procurement matters. You will draft, negotiate and review contracts (including JCT/NEC), provide expert legal advice and assist with governance, risk, and procurement strategy.
The role offers hybrid working with a requirement to be on-site at the Civic Centre at least 2 days per week, to support procurement and commercial initiatives and protect the Councilβs interests.
