You’ll be caring for people at the end of their life, supporting families who are grieving and navigating moments that require sensitivity, warmth, and steady presence. And with a state‑of‑the‑art new facility opening in 2027, you’ll be part of a service that’s growing into an even more supportive and purpose‑built space.

About The Role:

In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, person‑centred care that honours each patient’s wishes and supports families through some of their most vulnerable moments. You’ll advocate for patients, help families understand care decisions, respond to changing clinical needs and work closely with external stakeholders who help shape each person’s care journey. You’ll mentor and guide staff when needed, supervise students and delegate to ENs and AINs with confidence and respect. Every shift combines clinical skill with emotional intelligence, cultural respect, and a commitment to safe, thoughtful care.
