About The Role
Provide a high-quality, professional administrative service as the first point of contact for the Unit, delivering consistent and courteous customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions. The role supports efficient operations through the preparation and coordination of correspondence, reports and data, effective records management, and administrative support across recruitment, payroll, rosters, purchasing and invoicing. You will manage competing priorities with accuracy and discretion while building positive working relationships with staff at all levels.
