Job Purpose
Reporting to the Head of School the post-holder will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to lecturers/courses in the relevant curriculum area.
Essential Criteria
- Have completed a Level 3 or above apprenticeship in Electrical Installation/Electrical Engineering or Fire/Security Systems with certified documentation OR have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Electrical Installation/Electrical Engineering or Fire/Security Systems industry
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in the Electrical Installation industry
- Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety in a workshop environment
- Demonstrate effective organisational skills
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communications skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrate competence in the use of Microsoft Office package.
