Job Purpose
The post holder will be employed as an Apprenticeship Training Consultant, within SERC’s Training Organisation to deliver Essential Skills to Work-Based Apprentices engaged on the ApprenticeshipNI programme. Essential Skills delivery will take place largely on employer’s premises, however online and College based sessions are also utilised to support this model depending on learner and employer requirements.
Reporting to the Senior Training Consultant, the post-holder will deliver on SERC’s Apprenticeship strategy by maximising positive outcomes for Apprentices and developing working relationships with employers to maximise benefits through increased participation with the ApprenticeshipNI programme.
