Accelerated Knowledge Transfer Associate
Position
Full-time, fixed term post for 6 months, 36 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 5pm & Friday 8:45am - 3:30pm.
Location: David Murphy Towing Brackets Ltd, Carryduff.

Job Purpose
The post holder will be responsible for successful execution of the Accelerated Knowledge Transfer project as defined in the associated Project Plan.
Responsibilities
- Implement aspects of the Accelerated Knowledge Transfer project as per the Project Plan.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project milestones.
- Maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Support the product design process from ideation through productionisation.
Essential Criteria
- Hold a minimum Level 4 qualification in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Have recent experience using 3D Computer Aided Design software (SolidWorks, Fusion, etc.).
- Hold a current driving licence and have access to a car or other suitable transport.
- Demonstrate familiarity with the product design process workflow, from ideation to productionisation.
- Show ability to deal professionally with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Be self-motivated, able to progress several tasks simultaneously and maintain timescales, including working under pressure.
