Caretaker
Fixed Term Contract for one year with possibility of extension or permanency. 36 hours per week, Bangor Campus.
Job Purpose
To provide a full range of caretaking services under the direction of the Deputy Head of Estates / Estates Support Manager in accordance with relevant college practices and procedures.
Essential Criteria
- Five GCSEs (Grades A–C) or equivalent, including English Language and Mathematics, OR six months' previous experience in a similar role.
- Hold a current driving licence and have access to a car or suitable transport to fulfil the role in full, including out‑of‑hour callouts.
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Demonstrate a flexible approach to work.
- Demonstrate effective organisational skills.
