South Eastern CVR Ltd is looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join our busy and growing workshop in West Thurrock. With over 35 years in the industry, we have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial vehicle repairs and maintenance. The Role

You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of commercial trailers to a high standard, ensuring vehicles remain safe and roadworthy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out repairs and servicing efficiently in line with workshop processes
  • Diagnose faults and identify effective repair solutions
  • Work to job specifications and ensure accurate time recording
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in trailer, unit or HGV maintenance
  • NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced workshop
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Class 1 licence desirable (support available to obtain)
