South East Water is seeking a Lead Reliability Maintenance Technician to oversee mechanical or electrical and instrumentation assets across our production sites. You’ll mentor the team and serve as the go-to person for technical issues, bridging day-to-day tasks with larger operations to keep safety and performance high.
In this hands-on role you’ll run complex maintenance, provide coaching, and ensure safe, compliant work practices while driving continuous improvement and sharing knowledge.
