As a Production Manager, you will step into a key leadership role within our operational management team, leading a dedicated group of process technicians to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant water treatment and production processes at our key operational sites. The Role: What You'll Do
Your focus will be on site reliability, performance, compliance, quality, and resource control. You will use your organisational skills to help your team perform at their best while remaining adaptable to handle operational challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage daily production activity and nurture your team by reviewing processes, training, and knowledge transfer.
- Operational Excellence: Take accountability for site reliability, performance, water quality, and resource control/usage metrics.
- Health & Safety: Supervise, control, and take ultimate accountability for operational health and safety, promoting a positive safety culture.
- Financial Management: Oversee budget setting, cost centre accountability, and financial performance.
- Performance & Reporting: Measure and manage team performance (appraisals, KPIs, outcomes) and handle operational reporting (activity, attendance, exceptions).
- Incident & Stakeholder Management: Provide expert management support during operational incidents and collaborate with fellow Operational Managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
