We are looking for a Water Efficiency Education Assistant to join our team in Snodland (with hybrid flexibility). This is a unique opportunity to use your coordination skills for a truly meaningful cause - supporting our education outreach program across schools and workplaces throughout Kent.

You’ll be the engine room of our outreach, ensuring that when our Education Lead arrives at a school or a group of students visits our "Flow Zone," everything is perfectly prepared, from the coach transport to the activity sheets.

Main responsibilities:In this role, you will provide comprehensive logistical support to ensure our education program runs like clockwork. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Mastering the Schedule: Proactively managing a complex diary for the Water Efficiency Education Lead, ensuring 100% accuracy and resolving any booking conflicts immediately.
- End-to-End Logistics: Coordinating all school visits to the Flow Zone and operational sites, including booking reliable coach hire and managing transport logistics.
- Compliance & Preparation: Developing and distributing mandatory school information packs, risk assessments, and Health & Safety guidelines.
- Being the Face of the Program: Serving as the primary professional point of contact for all scheduling enquiries via phone and email.
- Data & Inventory: Rigorously maintaining our CRM/database to track bookings and reporting, while also managing the inventory of promotional and educational supplies so the team is always fully equipped.
- Continuous Improvement: Designing and implementing a feedback system to gather insights from schools and workplaces to help us keep improving our service.
We are looking for a self-starter who can anticipate needs and troubleshoot issues before they arise. You should have:
- Educational Foundation: An A Level standard education or proven experience in the workplace.
- Organisational Excellence: Exceptional multitasking abilities with a proven track record of managing busy, complex schedules.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to maintain professionalism with both internal teams and external school partners.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace and calendar software (Outlook/Google Calendar), and the confidence to learn new CRM systems.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy in every task, from data entry to risk assessment preparation.
- Practicality: A driving license and a good geographical understanding of Kent to assist with regional planning.
