Our Wholesale Service Desk helps solve problems for customers experiencing issues with their water supply, such as no water, low pressure, or taste/odor problems. You will be at the heart of our service operation, supporting business customers during emergencies and working between different systems to make quick decisions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure an excellent standard of customer service to Business Retailers by assisting in data enquiries.
  • Collaborate with meter readers and act on findings to ensure correct data is recorded and sent to the Market.
  • Maintain focus on balanced scorecard objectives and adhere to wholesale processes, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
  • Use information and resources to keep skills and knowledge up to date and continuously develop them.
  • Ensure all transactions are correctly uploaded into CMOS and accepted by the Market Operator. Take ownership of any rejected transactions and correct them within the agreed SLA.
  • Build relationships with peers and colleagues to enhance teamwork, resolve non‑household customer queries and ensure successful productivity.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings with peers.

Required Skills

  • Achieved GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C (or equivalent).
  • Strong communication skills suitable for an extremely busy working environment.
  • Ability to make quick decisions and multitask.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to flex between a high number of different systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong customer service focus with determination to resolve customer issues.
