We are looking for a Process Improvement Manager to drive excellence, innovation, and rigorous compliance across our Water Supply network. As our Process Improvement Manager, you will be the architect of operational efficiency. You won’t just be maintaining the status quo; you’ll be constructively challenging it. From leading high-stakes workstreams within our DWI Transformation Programme to overseeing a team of Process Leads, your mission is to ensure our technical documentation and frontline compliance are world-class.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Project Leadership: Take full accountability for a diverse portfolio, including Site Operating Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and DMA contingency plans.
- DWI Transformation: Lead critical workstreams focused on General Site Duties, Treatment Works contingency, and Service Reservoir/Booster site manuals.
- Innovation & CI Lead: Act as the primary champion for continuous improvement in Water Supply, identifying inefficiencies and designing creative, high-impact solutions.
- Compliance & Audit: Design and execute a robust internal audit program to ensure frontline adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and develop a team of Process Leads, maintaining rigorous quality control over all technical outputs.
- Stakeholder Influence: Serve as the bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, reporting on milestones and real-world business benefits.
