SEVR is looking for an organised, personable Nursing Administrator to join our small, friendly team. You'll be the key link between owners, referring vets and our clinical teams, keeping communication, admin and finances running smoothly so our patients get seamless care. This is a part-time role, two days a week on Tuesday and Wednesday. You can work an early shift starting at 8am or a later shift finishing at 6pm, and shift length is negotiable. SALARY From £12.71/hour d.o.e, or from £14/hour for RVNs Around 15-20 hours per week.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Client updates, pre-op instructions, discharge information and follow-ups
- Daily financial admin: payments, deposits, pricing checks and invoicing
- Insurance administration and accurate record keeping
- Stock checks and ordering via EzyVet
- General day-to-day operational support
ABOUT YOU
- Highly organised with strong multitasking skills
- Confident communicator with clients, clinicians and colleagues
- Thrives on giving excellent client service and empathy
- Comfortable with financial and billing processes
- Calm and proactive in a busy clinical environment
- RVN qualification preferred but not essential, a veterinary background or similar would be desirable
