Your role will include:
- Helping us to maximise tenant involvement and ensuring the tenants voice is fed into service improvement.
- Playing a key role in recruiting involved tenants, building relationships and managing tenant feedback, through a variety of engagement events.
- Helping co-ordinate and analyse tenant satisfaction throughout the department.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Communicates and listens effectively, with confidence using IT and social media to engage with tenants.
- Can manage their own workload and adapt to different working patterns—some evening or weekend work may be required to reach all tenants.
