We are looking for a skilled Grounds and Cleansing Operative to join South Holland District Council. You will be part of the team, driving vehicles, or carrying out tasks required by the Parks, Grounds and Open Spaces Supervisor. Hours are 07:30am till 15:30pm, Monday to Friday.
The role will also involve grass cutting, litter picking, weeding and other associated tasks for the role. All tasks will require you to operate equipment/vehicles as required, safely and in accordance with all policies, procedures, and safe working practices. This will be with the valid license, experience and training, and ensuring any necessary PPE is worn at all times.
What we need from you:
- Class B licence
- Good knowledge of following routes on incab/tablet technology
- Experience in Grounds maintenance activities
