Are you a strategic, forward-thinking Senior Local Government Finance Leader looking for a role with genuine scale, influence and impact? The South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership (S&ELCP) – bringing together Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council and South Holland District Council – is seeking its next Assistant Director – Finance (Deputy s151). As one of the largest and most established partnerships of its kind, we operate seamlessly across three sovereign councils. With Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) on the horizon, we are uniquely positioned ahead of the curve, mature in our shared arrangements, and well-placed to shape the future of local government in Lincolnshire.
