Part Time Permanent Term Time only
Location: Woodley & Farley Hill.
Salary: £16,101 to £17,466 plus £866 SEN Allowance = £16,967 to £18,332 per year
24.75 hours per week – Term time only plus INSET days (flexible working pattern to be agreed). Additional hours may be available on a supply casual basis alongside this contract.

An opportunity has arisen within our PE and Outdoor Learning team for a Teacher Assistant to work collaboratively with the PE and class teams to support our pupils to engage in outstanding PE and outdoor learning.
Responsibilities:- Support delivery of PE lessons
- Run small group activities and lunchtime clubs
- Organise and lead offsite sporting and outdoor learning opportunities
- Assist with setting up and putting away large trampoline and other PE equipment
- Work collaboratively with PE and class teams
- Use initiative and maintain a positive approach to supporting pupils to learn
- Ensure physical demands of job are met
- Previous experience working with pupils with special needs
- Experience of PE, sports or outdoor learning
- Qualifications in these areas desirable
- Positive, caring and flexible attitude
- Eligibility to work in the UK
