Housing Repairs & Maintenance Manager – Eastleigh Borough Council
Full Time • Salary from £54,617 (Band 11) per annum • Permanent contract • 37 hours per week, hybrid working available

The role
Working alongside the Head of Housing, your role will be critical to ensuring the successful establishment of our housing repairs and maintenance services. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the Councils housing service, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and providing a seamless customer experience. The post is responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to our tenants, including responsive and planned repairs, voids and asset management. Ensuring all our properties achieve compliance with statutory building regulations and delivering tenant focussed repairs, getting it right first time.
About You
- In-depth knowledge and experience of applying the legislation, regulations, codes of practice and industry standards for residential housing
- Commitment to achieving a high standard of customer service
- Ability to design and deliver services and partnerships
- Experience of procuring and managing contracts
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
