Responsibilities
- Register planning applications in the IT system and notify local residents/businesses that an application has been received.
- Scan, administer and validate planning applications to ensure all required information is provided for Planning Officers’ assessment.
- Handle general administrative duties related to Planning appeals, including registration and communication with relevant parties.
- Perform administrative duties within the Land Charge Service, such as registering new Land Charge searches and recording information.
- Support Planning Enforcement administrative tasks.
