We are seeking a Lunchtime Assistant to support our wonderful children. The successful applicant must be enthusiastic, flexible, adaptable, able to respond to children’s needs, and an excellent team player with good interpersonal skills. The ability to form positive relationships with children is key.
Contract & Pay
- Contract: Permanent
- Salary: Grade B, £24,520 per annum pro rata (pay award pending)
- Actual salary: approx. £6,262 per annum
Hours
- 11.25 hours per week, term time only plus 1 inset day
- To start: 1st September 2026
- Working hours are: 12:00 – 13:15 Dobwalls Primary School, 13:15 – 14:15 Dobwalls Nursery
Duties
- Supervise pupils on the school playground and in the dining hall.
- Use own initiative to support children during lunch.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, flexible, adaptable, and a team player.
- Good interpersonal skills and dedication.
- Experience working with additional needs is desirable.
