About Liskeard School & Community College
Liskeard School and Community College (LSCC) is a co‑educational 11-18 school of almost 1200 students including a vibrant and highly effective sixth form and incorporating an Area Resource Base supporting students with autism and/or complex learning difficulties. The school is an active member of SMART Schools’ Trust (South East Cornwall Multi Academy Regional Trust) together with two further secondary schools at Saltash and Looe, three primary schools and two nurseries.

Role Overview
We are looking for a school leader capable of taking this successful school on the next step of its journey. The role involves significant opportunities for Trust‑wide working, and the need to actively engage with and support the wider Liskeard community for the benefit of all students. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the proven ability not only to lead teams from a position of authority, but also the ability to influence and support collaboration.
