About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to help lead a new team in supporting a young person who will soon be moving into their own home in Worthing. This individual is warm, affectionate, and loves building genuine connections with people who take the time to understand them - sharing jokes, having fun, and celebrating their successes. They are autistic, with mental health conditions and have a learning disability. They experience psychosis, which can bring high anxiety and vivid hallucinations, so your leadership will ensure a patient, trauma-informed, and person-centred approach is embedded in all aspects of support.

They enjoy music, dancing, discos, cars and long drives, gentle walks, cooking, bowling, and trips to the cinema, and they thrive on encouragement as they develop their independence and self-worth. With strong family ties and a love for positive, consistent relationships, they will benefit from a manager who can guide a confident, skilled, and empathetic team - balancing calm reassurance with uplifting energy to help them truly flourish.

Flexible & Engaging Work Pattern: 37 hours per week, with 8 hours off the floor. Rotating Monday-Sunday schedule. A mix of early and late shifts, tailored to best support the individual's needs.

Our Commitment to Inclusion: We celebrate diversity and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We use gender-neutral and inclusive language in our job adverts to reflect our belief that everyone deserves to be valued as an individual. Our focus is on the person, their strengths, potential, and what matters to them, so we can build a supportive environment for both the people we support and our team members.

Apply Today: If you are ready to step into a leadership role where your skills, experience, and compassion will make a real impact, we would love to hear from you.

Some, but not all, of our group companies hold a UKVI sponsorship licence; however, Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) capacity is very limited and therefore sponsorship cannot be guaranteed. Applicants who require employer visa sponsorship should be aware that allocation is reviewed very carefully and is not available for all roles. Successful applicants will be required to complete an online Disclosure & Barring Service check (DBS) following acceptance of an offer.
