Your Role – Care Assistant
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily living
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with mobility and wellbeing checks
- Supporting residents living with dementia
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Working as part of a supportive care team
Your Role – Senior Care Assistant
- Leading shifts and supporting the care team
- Administering medication
- Updating care plans and records
- Liaising with families and healthcare professionals
- Supporting and mentoring staff
- Promoting high standards of person‑centred care
