SDR Care is a growing, family-owned provider expanding its specialist supported living services. We're looking for an experienced Supported Living Manager to lead a brand-new, bespoke service supporting a young individual with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and episodes of dysregulated behaviour.
This is a rare opportunity to build and shape a service from the ground up - establishing culture, standards, and a skilled team from day one. As the Supported Living Manager, you'll create a safe, positive, and empowering home environment, lead the team, and ensure person-centred care of the highest standard. Your leadership will make a real difference from day one.
This role requires calm, therapeutic leadership in a high-need environment.
