Senior Health Care Assistant – Join Patcham Nursing Home!

Location: Patcham, Brighton
Salary: £13.35 per hour (annual review)
Weekend Rate: £13.85 per hour
Hours: 24 hours per week

Who We Are Looking For

• Experienced Senior Care Assistant – Previous senior or shift-leading experience in a care home
• Medication Trained – Confident in administering and managing medication
• Compassionate Communicator – Kind, empathetic, and confident supporting residents and families
• Committed to Quality Care – Dedicated to maintaining high standards and resident-first care
• Calm, Creative & Resilient – Able to lead effectively during challenges and inspire your team
