- Senior Carer: £13.35/hr weekdays | £13.85/hr weekends

The Role
We’re looking for experienced Senior Carers and Shift Leaders to join our dedicated teams. These roles suit individuals with care home experience who are confident leading shifts, supporting colleagues, and maintaining exceptional care standards. If you are passionate about elderly care and enjoy working in a supportive, team‑focused environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Senior Carer: Deliver personal care to residents, Support daily living activities, Administer medication (if trained), Maintain accurate care records, Mentor and support junior staff, Promote dignity, independence, and person‑centred care
- Shift Leader: Lead and coordinate shifts smoothly, Allocate tasks and support the care team, Ensure care standards, policies, and procedures are followed, Administer and manage medication (if trained), Maintain records and report to management, Act as a professional, compassionate role model
