With five homes currently and plans to expand, this is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your leadership experience by supporting multiple services, developing managers and helping drive quality across our homes. Key Responsibilities

  • Support Home Managers to maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance
  • Assist with audits, quality improvement and preparation for CQC inspections
  • Provide operational support to homes where additional leadership is needed
  • Help identify areas for improvement and share best practice across services
  • Provide peripatetic Home Manager cover when required

This role will be largely peripatetic, supporting homes across Sussex and Hampshire, with Brighton as the Head Office base.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Deputy Manager, Home Manager or Registered Manager within elderly care
  • Good understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding and quality assurance
  • Highly organised with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and able to travel between services
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous multi-site experience is not essential - we will support the right candidate to develop in this role.
