With five homes currently and plans to expand, this is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your leadership experience by supporting multiple services, developing managers and helping drive quality across our homes. Key Responsibilities
- Support Home Managers to maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance
- Assist with audits, quality improvement and preparation for CQC inspections
- Provide operational support to homes where additional leadership is needed
- Help identify areas for improvement and share best practice across services
- Provide peripatetic Home Manager cover when required
This role will be largely peripatetic, supporting homes across Sussex and Hampshire, with Brighton as the Head Office base.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Deputy Manager, Home Manager or Registered Manager within elderly care
- Good understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding and quality assurance
- Highly organised with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and able to travel between services
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous multi-site experience is not essential - we will support the right candidate to develop in this role.
