We are recruiting Support Workers and Senior Support Workers to join our specialist supported living service in Lancing, providing dedicated 2:1 support to a young individual with autism, a learning disability, and epilepsy. This is a highly rewarding role where consistency, patience, and compassion directly improve quality of life, independence, and wellbeing.

Available Roles
- Support Worker - £13.85 per hour, 17.5-36 hours per week (Days), Full UK driving licence required (held 1+ year, automatic accepted)
- Senior Support Worker - £14.75 per hour, 36 hours per week (Days), Full UK driving licence required (held 1+ year, automatic accepted). Senior role requires previous experience in a senior or leadership support position.
Support Worker Responsibilities
- Delivering consistent, person-centred support
- Supporting daily routines, activities, and life skills
- Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing
- Supporting positive behaviour and structured days
- Driving to community activities and appointments
- Working closely within a supportive team
Senior Support Worker – Additional Responsibilities
- Leading shifts within a 2:1 support setting
- Supporting and guiding Support Workers
- Providing hands-on, consistent care and structure
- Supporting community access and driving
- Ensuring high-quality, person-centred support
- Helping develop and mentor the team
