Join SDR Care as a Senior Support Worker or a Support Worker in our Brand-New Bespoke Service! We are looking for a Senior Support Worker and a Support Worker with a commitment to supporting individuals with learning disabilities to take on an exciting role in our new bespoke supported living service in the Lancing area. This service will provide life-changing, person-centred support to a vibrant individual with complex needs.

- Competitive Salary - £13.00 - £13.90 per hour, reviewed annually

About the Role:
As our Senior/Support Worker, you will be part of a passionate team delivering outstanding care to a lively and resilient individual. They love outdoor adventures, music, water play, and trampolining, and your support will ensure they continue to thrive in a safe, structured, and engaging environment.
Flexible & Engaging Work Pattern:
- 36 hours per week across 5 shifts
- Rotating Monday-Sunday schedule
- A mix of early and late shifts, tailored to best support the individual's needs
