Our successful applicant will report into the Senior Duty Manager & Operations manager and be responsible for supervising the day to day running of Splashpoint swimming pool and all activities within the facility. You will be working as part of a small, friendly team dedicated to ensuring all our customers' satisfaction.

You will be expected to assist in the setting up of various activities and ensure that cleanliness, safety, and great customer experience is maintained throughout the facility. A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is required or the ability to attend and complete a training course.

The successful candidate will need great customer care skills and be prepared to work a shift pattern which will include some early starts, late finishes, weekends, and Bank Holidays. The candidate must have experience of working in a large, comparable leisure facility and managing/motivating a team.
