Salary: £12.60 per hour (reviewed annually)
Weekend Rate: £13.10 per hour

The Opportunity
We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for an Activities Coordinator to join our team at Patcham Nursing Home. This role goes far beyond organising activities – you’ll help create meaningful moments for residents living with dementia and complex needs. Your work will provide comfort, stimulation, routine, and joy, even when communication can be challenging. You’ll design and deliver a varied programme of activities both in the home and in the community. This position requires creativity, patience, and resilience – but the impact you make is truly special: a smile, a moment of calm, or helping someone reconnect with a favourite memory.

Who We Are Looking For
- Experience working in a care environment is desirable, especially supporting those with dementia
- Someone creative, compassionate, positive, and patient
- Confidence to remain calm during challenging situations
- A full UK driving licence and confidence driving residents safely
