Are you passionate about inspiring learners and shaping futures? We're looking for a dedicated and dynamic trainer facilitator to join our team, delivering high-quality teaching across a range of programmes. In this role, you'll assess student progress through both formal and informal methods, contribute to curriculum development, and support students' pastoral and welfare needs. You'll also be committed to your own professional growth, staying up to date with subject knowledge and teaching practices. Collaboration is key, and you'll build strong relationships with both internal colleagues and external partners. This is a flexible role that may involve working across different locations within the College's catchment area.

To be successful in this role, you'll hold relevant training and qualifications to at least Level 3 in the Automotive (light vehicle) discipline and bring hands-on experience from the automotive sector. You'll be confident in inspection, diagnostics, and repair processes, with a solid understanding of the equipment commonly used in modern workshops. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be engaging with students across a range of age groups. You'll also be capable of delivering and assessing underpinning knowledge both in the classroom and in workplace settings.
