What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainer Facilitator, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging teaching, learning, and assessment that helps learners develop practical catering and hospitality skills. You'll spend your time where it matters most: supporting learners in the learning environment, building confidence, and helping them progress towards further education, employment, or training opportunities. The role involves teaching and assessing learner progress, with reduced planning and assessment responsibilities outside of delivery, allowing you to focus on creating impactful learning experiences. You may also support a range of activities that contribute to the learner journey and the wider success of the programme.
