We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic and digitally minded Marketing Apprentice to join our Marketing team and gain hands-on experience while working towards a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification. This is an exciting opportunity to develop practical skills across social media, website management, content creation, digital marketing, SEO, CRM and campaign delivery, while supporting live projects that enhance the College's reputation, engage key audiences and inspire future students.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll play an important role in delivering impactful marketing activity while building the knowledge and confidence needed for a successful career in marketing.

We're looking for a motivated and organised individual with GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) who is keen to develop a career in marketing and complete the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship. You'll have experience using social media, be confident with Microsoft Office applications, and possess strong communication, organisational and digital skills. A genuine interest in marketing, content creation and digital communications is essential, along with the ability to manage priorities, work accurately to deadlines, and collaborate effectively as part of a team. You'll also be committed to confidentiality, GDPR compliance and accessibility standards, and be willing to travel between College sites and occasionally support evening and weekend events.

A South Devon College Apprenticeship lasts 12 OR 18 months, during which time you will earn and learn with practical on-the-job-training, gaining real experience, with real responsibilities to allow you to develop your skills and talents - but don’t worry our experienced team will be on hand to support you all the way. As part of this superb opportunity, you will gain formal qualifications and take your first step on the road to success.
